Coldplay is one of the most popular bands in the world right now so it is no surprise that they have teamed up with the folks behind Tap Tap Revenge for the iPhone to create a Coldplay themed version of the ever popular Guitar Hero-like game that uses your fingers. The app is now available in the Apple App Store for use on your iPhone and iPod touch for only $5. The Coldplay Tap Tap Revenge app game features 10 of Coldplays greatest hits including a remixed version of Viva La Vida by Thin White Duke (perhaps is its a less plagiarized version? I keed!). NIN had their version of Tap Tap Revenge last year so it looks like the trend of band themed iPhone app games is growing, we’re patiently waiting for the Spinal Tap edition to take us to eleven.
